Our postal address is on the Oosteinde, but the entrance and free gated car park are at the back. Navigate to the Zwartepad, at the height of no. 19, in Opperdoes.

Good to know
Is the café open in winter?

The cafe is closed to the public from October to March. However the accomodations stay open and we open the café for groups on request.

Do I need to book a table?

Walk-ins are always welcome. On sunny weekends and holidays, booking ahead is wise.

Are dogs welcome?

Pets are welcome, both in the café and lodges. Please keep them on a leach as we do have our chicken running free

Is it safe to visit with the bees around?

Yes. The hives kept in the apiary.  Allergic to stings? Tell us before a bee experience.

Is the site accessible for wheelchairs?

Yes
